Food & Drink consumption

Since i have been in the city i have died about 5 times due to lack of food or drink, due to food decaying i have spent half my time running back and forth to shops etc to collect these items, it would be helpful to maybe reduce the amount it goes down by or making some food give more than 20

this one is a hard one to do due to the fact we have player owned businesses that sell food, and want to keep them in business. I have upped all food stuffs from Munchies to give more hunger points.
