Make it where drugs give a beneficial effect, for example one drug should give a small amount of armour if your smoke it, one should give you a little bit of health, ive not seen armour in this city so far so smoking a joint to get 5% armour wouldnt hurt further to this when you are losing health it doesnt seem like theres enough places outside of city if you getting close to going downed the best chance you have is robbing cars for bandages. it would also be great to have a hospital to check in to at paleto and sandy Make pharmacy stores available - with bandages and maybe some painkillers. You could also make this into a crime activity to rob drugs from if police are online increases rp for criminals/cops
